At PERU ADVENTURES TRAVEL, our goal is to offer quality service with good value for money.
To ensure a safe and smooth trip with PERU ADVENTURES TRAVEL, it is important that you understand the prices, services, responsibilities, cancellation policies, and refunds. We strongly recommend that you read the following Terms and Conditions carefully:
1. Tour Price
Prices vary according to the following factors:
- Tour season: During high season, demand is greater and prices may increase.
- Reservation date: Especially if booked online in advance, as this can allow access to better prices.
- Additional services booked: Such as equipment rental, transfers, national park tickets, among others.
- Type of transport and/or service chosen: Shared or private.
- Exclusive services required: Guide, cook, and/or assistant, either for the entire group or for a single person.
- Tailor made tours: Involve greater logistics, including staff, camping equipment, pack animals, porters, and guides.
- Full packages: Including domestic flights, bus tickets, transfers, and accommodation.
2. Disclaimer
- Our company does not assume responsibility for trips canceled or delayed due to acts of vandalism, terrorism,
riots, strikes, wars, political conflicts, weather conditions, natural disasters, mechanical failures, or any
other irregularity caused by a third party, and/or any factors that imply additional expenses or itinerary
changes.
- Our company is not responsible for adverse situations that may occur to our clients during the course of the
expedition, such as losses, accidents beyond our control, damages, injuries, illnesses, pregnancy, physical or
mental disabilities that may endanger the health or integrity of the client or others. Therefore, the Company
WILL NOT recognize any claims or partial or total refunds for the mentioned concepts.
- Our company does not assume expenses resulting from abandoning the trek and/or expedition before completing
the itinerary due to medical issues, emergency rescue and/or evacuation, weather problems, or medical treatment.
3. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 25 days prior to the tour start date can be rescheduled at no cost or a refund can be
requested. In this case, the refund will be subject to a 15% deduction for service fees and/or commissions, which
will be deducted at the time of the refund.
Cancellations made less than 25 days prior to the tour start date will incur a 100% penalty. No refunds or
rescheduling will be provided, regardless of the reason.
In case of no-show or late arrival at the departure time, the deposit will not be refunded, nor will a change to
another tour be allowed.
4. How is the Money Refunded?
There are 2 options for us to refund your money:
- Credit Note: You will receive a COUPON code for the value of the service, which you can use for your
next purchase.
- Refund: You can request your refund through our customer service channels, Email or WhatsApp. We
will process the refund as soon as we verify that it complies with the refund policies.
- Once we approve your refund, it will be processed within 1 business day during office hours.
- The money will be refunded to the same payment method you used when purchasing.
- If you paid with Pago Efectivo, the money will be refunded in cash.
- If you paid with a credit/debit card, your bank may take up to 15 business days to reflect the refund on your
statement, although it usually takes less than 10 days.
